Stand-up Comedian Discloses Details About Undergone Weight Loss Surgery

Meet Alexander Morozov, a delightful comedian who recently graced the screen of "Delicious with Anfisa Chekhova" on TV-3. In the interview, he opened up about the operation that turned his life around weight-wise. According to Gazeta.Ru, this tidbit came straight from TV-3’s press service.

Growing up, Morozov had a real sweet tooth, thanks to his parents - his father would sneakily offer caviar sandwiches from poachers, and his mother would dish out mouthfuls of chocolate from the factory where she worked in the cafeteria. Things remained blasé regarding food until Morozov faced appendicitis at five years old, a condition likely caused by a forbidden product.

"Once I left the hospital and headed home, the first thing I did was empty the pot of chicken noodle soup with a ladle. My appetite was revived. I can still remember lying in bed, long after 'Goodnight, little ones',calling out for a sandwich. And Grandma, ever so happy, dashed off to the kitchen. In just half a year, I transformed into a chubby cheeked little boy," Morozov reminisced.

Morozov underwent a gastric bypass operation to shed off the extra pounds in 2019, losing a massive 80 kg in the process. In 2022, Morozov shared his feelings before the operation.

Previous chit-chat saw Morozov discussing his past drug expenditures.

Alexander Morozov expresses how his appreciation for food, cultivated by parents offering lavish delicacies, led to weight problems early in life. He recalls his unquenchable hunger after recovering from appendicitis at five years old, which was possibly triggered by a forbidden product. In a more recent statement, Morozov reveals his interest in exploring health-and-wellness, specifically how science-backed therapies-and-treatments, such as nutrition and weight-management strategies, can improve his health and life after undergoing gastric bypass surgery in 2019.
