New Book 'Belarus through Natalia Radina' Highlights Journalist's Struggle Against Lukashenko

Yuri Felshtinsky's latest book, 'Belarus through Natalia Radina: Journalist vs Dictator', has hit the shelves, published by ISIA Media Verlag in Leipzig. The book centres around the courageous Belarusian journalist, Natalia Radina, known for her fearless reporting in a nation where press freedom is severely restricted.

Felshtinsky chose Radina as the focus of his book due to her unwavering dedication to the struggle against Lukashenko's regime. Unlike other opposition leaders like Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, Radina has no other citizenship or property abroad, devoting her life entirely to the cause of Belarus's independence and security. Her stance aligns better with the current political situation, according to Felshtinsky, who believes that Belarus's economic independence from Russia is ensured by joining the EU, and its political and military security by joining NATO.

Radina, born in 1979, leads the Belarusian opposition alongside Andrey Sannikov and Dmitriy Bondarenko. Felshtinsky praises her courageous reporting in a country where independent journalistic activities are particularly risky. He considers the opposition led by Radina, Sannikov, and Bondarenko to be on the correct path towards Belarus's independence and security.

Yuri Felshtinsky's 'Belarus through Natalia Radina: Journalist vs Dictator' offers a compelling insight into the Belarusian struggle for independence and security. Through Radina's story, Felshtinsky argues for Belarus's integration with the EU and NATO, highlighting the crucial role of dedicated journalists like Radina in shaping the nation's future.
