Local authorities in Cayuga County introduce health survey for residents to participate in and contribute towards community health improvement efforts.
The Cayuga County Health Department has launched a Community Health Assessment Survey, aiming to understand the health needs of residents, identify priorities, and shape future public health initiatives.
Founded in 1998, the health department has been keeping residents informed for more than two decades. This survey is an opportunity for residents to share their thoughts and experiences, helping the department to tailor its services to the community's needs.
The survey is anonymous and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. It can be accessed online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/PQ8G7QZ or by scanning the QR code on promotional materials. Paper copies will also be delivered to businesses and organizations throughout Cayuga County.
The survey covers topics such as health challenges, access to services, and ideas for improving community wellness. Participants are encouraged to provide suggestions for enhancing overall community health.
Residents aged 18 and older are invited to complete the survey. Those with questions about the survey can contact the Cayuga County Health Department at 315-253-1560.
The results of the survey will be used to plan programs, services, and outreach efforts by the Cayuga County Health Department. Feedback from the survey will guide interventions to improve health outcomes and quality of life in Cayuga County.
