Kuwaiti Medics Set Guinness Record with 12,000km Remote Surgery

His Highness the Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, recently received a distinguished Kuwaiti medical team. The team, led by Dr. Sulaiman Al-Muzaidi, set a new Guinness World Record for the longest remote robotic surgery, performing an operation over a staggering distance of 12,000 kilometers.

The team, consisting of Dr. Muhannad Al-Haddad and Dr. Hamoud Al-Rashidi, was praised by the Crown Prince for their remarkable achievement. He expressed his wishes for their continued success in the field of medical innovation.

In addition to this significant medical milestone, His Highness sent a cable of congratulations to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, marking the 52nd anniversary of Egypt's October War victories.
