CDU Chairman Announces Unexpected Public Event with Minister Karl-Josef Laumann
In an unexpected turn of events, CDU Chairman Norbert Neß has announced a public event with NRW Minister for Labour and Health, Karl-Josef Laumann, on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at the Dingden St.-Josef-Haus. This event is not part of the originally scheduled visit, which was coordinated by Niko Ridder, the director of the St.-Josef-Haus.
The public event, scheduled from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, will take place in the hall next to the chapel of the St.-Josef-Haus. This is not a typical evening event, as stated by Norbert Neß. The Minister's visit will provide an opportunity for citizens to discuss health, care, and current challenges with Karl-Josef Laumann, and there will be an opportunity for citizens to have a coffee or a cold drink.
CDU mayoral candidate Sascha Lippe, district administrator Ingo Brohl, and local MP Charlotte Quik will also participate in the visit. The Minister will get an insight into the valuable work of the senior care facility during the visit.
Niko Ridder has already coordinated the details of the visit, and Norbert Neß is pleased with the quick replacement date. The visit was arranged after the short notice cancellation for Tuesday, August 12.
