Obituary: Esther B. Good (1935-2025)
Esther B. Good, a beloved member of the community and a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. She was 80 years old.
The public is invited to attend the viewing and funeral services for Esther, which will be held at the Fairview Mennonite Church and the Fairview Reception Center in Myerstown, PA.
The viewing for Esther will take place on Sunday, September 20, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the Fairview Reception Center, located at 141 Jackson Rd., Lebanon, PA 17042.
The funeral service for Esther will take place at the Fairview Mennonite Church, where she was a long-standing member, on Monday, September 21, at 9:30 AM. The church is located at 111 Elco Dr., Myerstown, PA 17067.
Esther is survived by 10 children: Anna Mary Good, Ruth Hoover, Regina Martin, Linda Martin, Nancy Reed, Carl Z. Good, Waren Z. Good, Lawrence Z. Good, Curvin Z. Good, Jay W. Good, and Harlan Z. Good. She also leaves behind 82 grandchildren, 192 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Esther was preceded in death by 4 great-grandsons, a daughter named Sylvia Good, and several brothers and sisters. Her husband, Willis Good, passed away before her.
The funeral service will provide an opportunity for the community to pay their respects and celebrate Esther's life. The service will be a formal event, with specific times provided for viewing and the service itself. Edible arrangements will not be included in the funeral arrangements.
In lieu of edible arrangements, the family requests that donations be made to the Fairview Mennonite Church or the charity of your choice.

Esther was born on January 7, 1935, in Lancaster County. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and the community.
