Event Announcement: "Diet and Cancer" Seminar at Kirchlengern Family Doctor Centre

We are pleased to announce two upcoming informational events on the topic of "Diet and Cancer" at the Family Doctor Centre in Kirchlengern, Germany. These events, taking place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and Thursday, November 9, 2025, aim to provide valuable insights into the role of diet in cancer prevention and treatment.

On October 1, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, oecotrophologist Dr. Max Mustermann will share his expertise at the seminar room located on the top floor of Bahnhofstr. 2-4. This event is free and open to both cancer patients and interested relatives.

Registration is necessary due to limited seating. Interested individuals can register by phone at 05223/6530390.

On November 9, 2025, the Herford District's Cancer Advisory Centre will host another free event on the same topic. The venue for this event will also be the seminar room at the Family Doctor Centre in Kirchlengern, Bahnhofstr. 2-4, top floor. More details about this event will be announced soon.

Cancer patients often feel uncertain about what to eat when trying to change their diet. While there is no specific "anti-cancer diet," the "5 a day" fruit and vegetable campaign can help improve the immune system and strengthen the body's defenses.

At both events, oecotrophologist Madeleine Büscher from the Kirchlengern Family Doctor Centre will be speaking about the impact of diet on cancer. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the role of nutrition in cancer prevention and treatment from a professional in the field.

We hope to see you at one of these events! Together, we can learn more about the importance of diet in cancer care and support each other in making informed choices for a healthier lifestyle.
