Decline of Corona persists - two fatalities reported
In the latest update, the region has reported 93 confirmed cases of COVID-19, a decrease of one case since the last report on April 15th. The current distribution of active cases across the cities is as follows:
- Meerbusch: 13 cases
- Dormagen: 14 cases
- Grevenbroich: 8 cases
- Kaarst: 15 cases
- Rommerskirchen: 3 cases
- Neuss: 28 cases
- Jüchen: 6 cases
- Korschenbroich: 6 cases
Sadly, the region has reported two additional deaths due to COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths to fifteen. A 75-year-old man from Dormagen and a 67-year-old from Meerbusch have passed away.
On a positive note, a total of 444 people have recovered from the virus in the region.
