Aggravated Incident: Female Customer Assaults Fellow Shoppers
In an unexpected turn of events, a 37-year-old woman known to the police caused a commotion at a Netto store in Schmölln, Bergstraße, on Friday evening at 19:17.
The incident began in the supermarket's car park, where the woman was involved in a physical altercation with another customer. Following the altercation, the woman entered the store and proceeded to take food from the shelves without paying.
Store staff were alerted to her actions and attempted to intervene, but the woman resisted and attacked the officers who arrived on the scene. Due to her aggressive behaviour, the officers were forced to remove her from the store.
Despite the resistance, the woman was taken into custody by paramedics due to her erratic behaviour. Subsequently, she was subjected to a psychological examination.
